It is important to see your dental prosthetist regularly for a routine denture check up. A denture hygiene visit takes place at the dental prosthetist’s clinic and usually takes less than 30 minutes. During the visit the prosthetist checks your denture for stability, checks your bite and will assess the fit and comfort of your denture in your mouth over time. Your denture will be hygienically cleaned and professionally polished.
